Meetings & Events
JSAP holds two national meetings annually where generally one third of the JSAP members gather. Approximately 9,000 people participate in the spring meeting (held in the Tokyo area) , and around 6,000 people in the autumn meeting (held in other parts of Japan). The meetings are held over a period of four days, during which about 4,000 papers are presented in regular sessions and symposia.
Every year, JSAP organizes or co-organizes about 20 international conferences in the field of applied physics and related fields. JSAP members can attend some of them at reduced fees.
