New structure of perovskite solar cells: Graded heterojunction
Perovskite solar cells have been attracting significant interest because of their high conversion efficiency, which is over 22%, and their low manufacturing cost. We focused our research on inverted perovskite solar cells because of their low hysteresis feature and high device stability. Recently we successfully developed a new device structure by introducing a graded-heterojunction for improving the conversion efficiency. I will present how to create the graded-heterojunction architecture, and improve the conversion efficiency and device stability on large cells.
