Spin qubits in quantum dots/Carbon materials and devices/3D gel printers/Ultrafast infrared spectroscopy/Single-electron transfer

Image of quantum computing device having an electron spin in each quantum dot as a qubit and electron micrograph of the corresponding quantum dot device. Four quantum dots connected in series and two quantum dot charge sensors located above for detecting the four quantum dot charge states are all defined by the surface gates placed on the semiconductor substrate. The qubit operation in each dot can be performed using a principle of electron spin resonance. The resonance condition is confirmed by observation of four lines in the plane of magnetic field and frequency of microwave applied to a high-frequency gate. (p.88)
