The Korean Physical Society (KPS)

1. Members of KPS may submit papers to JSAP sponsored meetings with the same privileges and limitations as JSAP members.
   Conversely, members of JSAP may submit papers to KPS sponsored meetings with the same privileges and limitations as KPS members.
2. Members of KPS may register for JSAP sponsored meetings at JSAP member rates, and members of JSAP may register for KPS sponsored meetings at KPS member rates.
   To implement this procedure, it will be merely necessary for a member to indicate on the registration form or at the registration desk that he or she is a member of KPS or JSAP.
3. Members of KPS may subscribe to the Japanese Journal of Applied Physics (JJAP) and the Optical Review (OR) and members of JSAP may subscribe to the Journal of the Korean Physical Society (JKPS) and Korean Journal of Applied Physics (KJAP) at the member rates with the following stipulations :
   1. The member rate for JJAP, OR, JKPS and KJAP, KJAP will be reviewed annually by JSAP and KPS respectively. The member rate for a given year should be set by the 30th of June of the preceding year.
   2. The JSAP(KPS) member rate for subscription to JKPS and KJAP(JJAP and OR) includes surface delivery. JSAP(KPS) members will have the option of receiving JKPS and KJAP(JJAP and OR) subscriptions via air freight at a price set by the respective owning Organization.
   3. JJAP and OR (JKPS and KJAP) issues will be shipped directly from the printer of each respective owning Organization to the respective individual subscribers. There will be no bulk shipments of these publications.
   4. JSAP (KPS) will annually bill KPS (JSAP) members for subscriptions to JJAP and OR (JKPS and KJAP). Payments for the subscriptions will be made by the individual subscriber to JSAP (KPS).
